Validate with MitID

When you validate your user with MitID, you show other users that your identity is confirmed and at the same time, the validation helps keep fraudsters away.

MitID is also required to receive payments for sales through Reshopper's platform.

Are you having problems with validation?

Make sure you don't close the window too quickly!

The process consists of several parts:

1. Enter your username for MitID and press "Continue"
2. Open the MitID app and approve
3. Return to Reshopper and wait for the option to enter your CPR number - we do not store it, but it is required in the process to retrieve your name and address from the CPR register (the MitID app itself does not grant access to this)
4. After entering the CPR number, the system thinks for a moment and only when you receive an OK message can you close the window

If the validation did not succeed the first time, just try again. If it still doesn't work, you can try to completely close the Reshopper app and start over. Alternatively, wait until later in the day.
