Due to today's issues with payment through NETS, the acceptance of offers may behave strangely - you may receive a shipping label even though the transaction has not gone through. Do not use that shipping label, as we do not recognize it - it will only cause problems!
Wait for the transaction to be correctly accepted, which can be clearly seen on the transaction, and only use the shipping label you can see on the transaction - other labels you may see in, for example, Bring or DAO's app or in emails from them, do not use them.

We are performing server work these days, so outages may occur. We monitor and fix issues as quickly as we can - if you experience anything strange, you can always completely close the app and restart it. If that doesn't resolve the issue immediately, wait 5 minutes and try the same procedure again. 🙏🏼

There may be issues with accepting transactions. We are working to resolve the problems and expect it to be fixed by 12:00. Please wait and try to accept again later.
Alternatively, the transaction can be canceled, and a new one can be created - it will work to accept the new one, as only transactions attempted to be accepted since 7:00 PM yesterday are affected.

Nordea has today experienced issues with their systems, so today's payments to Nordea accounts could not be processed. Just set a new payment date for your transaction.

GLS has an error in their tracking system, so we are not receiving information about package hand-ins and other updates on packages. The problem started around 9 PM yesterday..
The timeline for a solution is unknown, we are awaiting status.

GLS has a fault in their tracking system, so we are not receiving information about package hand in. The problem has been ongoing since sometime yesterday.
We have no timeline for a solution from them, so for now you can send a copy of your SMS receipt to us at support@reshopper.com and we will mark it handed in in our system.
