Why am I not allowed to move a trade to other platforms?
We can only help with disputes when the transaction has taken place through us - when you start a transaction on Reshopper, but later move the transaction to another platform, we no longer have the opportunity to help if disputes arise in connection with the transaction. It may be that disagreements arise about the condition of the goods, or that you are directly exposed to fraud.
We can only keep Reshopper running if you shop through us
We have a few, but skilled people employed who work hard every day to create the best possible trading platform for you. It costs money every month to have our skilled colleagues employed.
If you move your trading to large foreign platforms, the extreme consequence may be that there is no longer a Reshopper that you can trade on.
