What are credits, and what can they do?

Credits are points that you can use to highlight or boost your items.

You can draw more attention to your items by promoting them directly from your shop or on the item by clicking the "promote"-button.

• MEGABOOST: Push all your items to the top of the feed with new items. By using MEGABOOST, all your items are pushed to the top of the feed for a maximum of 5 days* to avoid, that your items create a "wall" that will bother other users.
• Boost: Push your item to the top of the feed with new items.
• Highlight: Get a tag shown on your item, that makes the item stand out from the other items. The tag's text could be "Bid", "Urgent", or "New".
• Poke: Sends a notification to all, who have made a comment or added your item to their basket, notifying them that your item is still for sale.

* The boosts are spread evenly through the daytime and nighttime with 1 item per hour so that your items smoothly mix with the flow of new items. If you have under 70 items, the MEGABOOSTER will be used before 5 days have passed.

How do I get more credits?

There are 3 ways to obtain more credits, that you can use to highlight your items:

• By subscribing to our Reshopper Family Plus, you are each month given 30 credits for as long as your subscription is active. If you purchased a yearly subscription before we launched Reshopper Plus Family, you will receive all the credits at once, which means that you will receive 360 credits, when your subscription is renewed.
• You can always buy more credits in the app if you go into Settings —> Account —> Buy credits.
• When you have sold an item with Reshopper Shipping, you earn 3 credits if you hand in the parcel within 24 hours of the acceptance of the transaction.
