Password
NEW
Starting from March 2026, Reshopper will begin using one-time codes for logging in.
This means that we will primarily send a unique one-time code via email when you want to log in. During a transition period, you can still use your old password as an emergency solution. However, we will remove the option for password login during the spring.
Why?
To improve security. Our experience is unfortunately that many use poor simple passwords - and perhaps even reuse this password across different apps and websites. This makes it easy for criminals to misuse your information across services (a data theft where your password is stolen from one website can be used elsewhere where you have used the same password).
BUT - it also makes your email account the weakest link in the chain. You need to ensure that you:
- have a unique strong password for your email account
- have two-factor protection enabled
The email provider you use typically has a guide on how to increase security, use it or ask a friend if they can help.
Are you not receiving our email
It is usually due to one of these two things:
- that the email address no longer exists in our system (inactive profiles are automatically deleted)
- that spam filters are eating our email, which mainly happens when we send to @hotmail and @live addresses (we recommend using a more stable email provider, such as @proton or @gmail)
Need help
If you no longer have access to the email address you registered on your Reshopper account or if you are not receiving our emails, you can write to us at support@reshopper.com for assistance.
