Via the app you can receive an e-mail containing a link to change your password. Y

ou will usually receive it within a few seconds, but give it 5 minutes to get out the door 🙂

If you do not receive our e-mail

This is usually due to one of two things:

  • that the e-mail address no longer exists in our system (inactive accounts are automatically deleted after 365 days)
  • spam filters eating our e-mail, which primarily happens when we send to @hotmail and @live addresses (we recommend using a more stable e-mail provider, eg @gmail)

If you no longer have access to the e-mail address you have registered in your Reshopper account or you do not receive our e-mail, you can write to us and get help.
