Seller protection

When Reshopper Shipping is used for a trade on Reshopper, the seller pays a service fee of 1.5% +1,5 DKK to Reshopper. The service fee is FREE FOR PLUS MEMBERS.

The service fee covers among other things, payment fees, the support Reshopper provides for packages that do not follow the straight path (delays, incorrect registrations, loss, etc.) as well as the further development of Reshopper.

Before a bid is submitted, the sellers total price for the items as well as the sellers payment after shipping and service fee can be seen - Reshopper recommends that this info is included in the buyers considerations before submitting the offer. Also be aware that the seller spends time and materials packing the items and handing in the package.
