When do I get money from my sales?

We transfer via bank to you 3 working days after you have handed in a package. You will have the money on the first business day thereafter.

Explanation

The moment you hand in a package sent with Reshopper Shipping, we deduct the payment from the buyer. BUT, the buyer's payment does not go directly into our bank account - they first go through payment gateways and banking systems.

We therefore only receive the buyer's money 3 working days after you have handed in the package.

If we were to transfer to you immediately, we would have to pay large amounts in advance - a bit like paying bills before the salary has come in.

Therefore, we transfer to you the same day that the money from the buyer enters our account - we would have liked for it to happen faster, but after all, it gives the buyer the advantage that we catch fraudsters more easily, as the package is usually delivered on some days.

We reserve the right to withhold larger amounts until the items have been received by the buyer. This is done to avoid attempted fraud.
