When do I get money from my sales?

You decide when you want the payout for your trades. The payout is started from settings -> payment and payouts -> payouts or from 'start payout' on the trade in the app.

You just have to choose a date for the payout and you can choose the first banking day after the hand in or a date in the future if you want to save the payment for something specific.

Other info

We reserve the right to withhold larger amounts until the items have been received by the buyer. This is done to avoid attempted fraud.

Remember that payment for trades without Reshopper shipping does not go through us, but must be handled via MobilePay typically.
