* Applies to all paying Reshopper Plus Family members. Remember that the buyer pays for shipping, which means that the shipping price on the offer is based on the buyers Plus-status.
As a buyer you pay for shipping. All offers with shipping will be charged a standard shipping fee corresponding to the lowest weight. If the weight of the package exceeds this, the seller can change it and send a counter offer to the buyer.
As a seller you pay a service fee of 5% (minimum 5 DKK) or 3,75% as a Plus Family member. The fee ensures that we can offer a simple and safe shipping solution, but also help us maintain and develop the many benefits and features that make it easier for you to shop on Reshopper.
Parcel sizes (length, width, height)
If the sizes below are exceeded, the parcel could be returned to sender or be subject to additional costs.
An GLS parcel (both parcel shop and home delivery)...
- Must not weigh more than 20 kg
- Must not be longer than 200 cm. In addition, length + circumference must be max 300 cm.
An Instabox parcel...
- Must not weigh more than 5 kg
- Must not be longer than 60 cm lang. Their biggest locker measures 40x40x60 cm.
- Remember to enter the dimensions of your package when you book the shipment in Instabox's tracking link.
An DAO parcel delivered to a parcel shop...
- Must not weigh more than 15 kg
- Must not be longer than 80 cm. In addition, length + circumference must be max 240 cm.
An DAO parcel for home delivery...
- Must not weigh more than 5 kg
- Must not be longer than 55 cm. In addition, length + circumference must be max 120 cm.
An Bring parcel...
- Must not weigh more than 20 kg
- Must not be longer than 200 cm. In addition, length + circumference must be max 300 cm.
- Must measure at least 23 x 13 x 1 cm
The length is the longest side of the package, and the circumference is obtained by measuring the two shortest sides (width and height) and multiplying by two.
Deadline and delivery time
Since 17 July 2023, the hand-in deadline has been reduced to 3 days due to increased payment fees from VISA and MasterCard. Amounts reserved for more than 3 days are subject to extra fees, which is why we have chosen to shorten the hand-in deadline to avoid the fee.
GLS
The seller has 3 days to hand in the package, before the shipping code expires. Delivery time is on average 48 hours (from hand in, to ready for pickup).
Instabox
The seller has 3 days to hand in the package, before the shipping code expires. Delivery time is on average 60 hours (from hand in, to ready for pickup).
DAO
The seller has 3 days to hand in the package, before the shipping code expires. Delivery time is on average 43 hours (from hand in, to ready for pickup).
Bring
The seller has 3 days to hand in the package, before the shipping code expires. Delivery time is on average 50 hours (from hand in, to ready for pickup).
