I don't receive any notifications

iOS / iPhone

  1. Tap "You" in the bottom menu. Now tap "My Account" right below the profile image. Tap 'App settings' and make sure you have push notifications selected and not only e-mail. You can also try to disable and then reenable the setting.
  2. Check the settings on your own device. Go to "Settings -> Notifications -> Reshopper" and verify that push messages are enabled.
  3. Force close Reshopper and restart it - here's a guide if you don't know how to do it.

Android

  2. Check the settings on your device. Go to "Settings -> App manager -> Reshopper -> Show notifications" and verify that push messages are enabled.

Android / Huawei

If you own a Huawei phone you might need to do all of these:

  1. Go to "Settings -> Advanced settings -> Battery -> Protected apps", find Reshopper and protect it. This "whitelists" the app so Huaweis software won't close it (and thereby hinder any notifications from getting through).
  2. Go to "Settings -> Apps -> Advanced -> Ignore battery optimizations", find Reshopper, and ignore it.
  3. Go to "Settings -> Notifications & status bar -> Notification center", find Reshopper, and enable "Allow messages" and "Priority".
