My parcel has not arrived

With Reshoppers Simple & Safe shipping

First search for your parcel via the shipping provider's tracking link (you can find it in the transaction in the app) and see how far it has come. If you are unable to track your parcel or need further assistance, please contact us so that we can initiate a search at your shipping provider. If the provider announces that the parcel is not found after having searched for it, compensation is paid to the seller corresponding to the parcel's total value for both item(s) and shipping.

Other shipping

If a parcel has been sent without using Reshoppper Shipping, we won't be able to help in case of a missing or lost parcel, as we do not have access to information about the parcel. Therefore, you will need to contact the seller, so that they can initiate an inquiry for the parcel with the chosen shipping provider.
