Seller does not respond to an offer

If you send an offer to a seller and there's no response or accept the offer within a reasonable time, you can easily cancel the offer. Simply tap "Activity" in the bottom menu and find the relevant purchase request and press "Regret offer".

The seller does not respond to arrangements for pickup

We expect our users to make sure to answer other users when they send a message or put in a bid. Unfortunately, sometimes we experience, that buyers do not receive an answer when they try to arrange the pickup of an accepted deal. If this happens, the buyer gets a button that lets them cancel the transaction, when the seller hasn't responded in three days.
